Antalya Public Bread Factory that was opened in a very short duration such as 8 months has met Antalya public with hygienic, healthy and eceonomical bread. The factory that has a production capacity of 500 thousand bread, is in the structure that has capable of meeting the %80 of the necessity of bread in Antalya by itself. Healthy, qualified and delicious breads that are produced in the production tunnel with 110 m length without touching hands are offered to Antalya public in different 100 buffets. All raw materials are stored after being controlled by the expert team and technical equipments in the laboratory within the scope of the facility. The factory that has 15 thousand square closed area in accord with the world standards has increased its sort of products and offers bagel and pastry to Antalya public.
